Refund & Return Policy | Khattak Fabrics

At Khattak Fabrics, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care to deliver high-quality fabrics and stitched suits exactly as shown on our website. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our Refund and Return Policy ensures a smooth and transparent process.


1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return if:

  • The item you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • The return request is made within 3 days of delivery.

Note:
Returns are not accepted for:

  • Custom-stitched or altered suits

  • Sale, clearance, or discounted items

  • Fabric that has been cut or customized as per order


2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our Customer Support Team via WhatsApp, email, or contact form.

  2. Share your order number and reason for return, along with product photos if necessary.

  3. Once approved, our team will guide you through the pickup or courier process.

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you about your refund or exchange status.


3. Refund Method

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the returned product passes inspection.

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method (bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash).

  • In case of exchange, you can select another product of equal or higher value (price difference will apply).


4. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement, provided they haven’t been dispatched.
Once your order is shipped, it cannot be canceled — but you may apply for a return after delivery under our policy.


5. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to an error from our side (wrong or defective item), Khattak Fabrics will cover the shipping charges.

  • If the return is due to personal preference (e.g., color or design change), the customer will bear the return courier cost.
