At Khattak Fabrics, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 15-day return and refund policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the fabric must be in the same condition in which you received it. The item must be unused, unwashed, unstitched, uncut, and free from any damage or alteration, and should be returned in its original packaging.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately after receiving it. If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete item, contact us as soon as possible with your order details and clear pictures/videos of the issue.

After reviewing the issue, we will provide the appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns may not be accepted if the fabric has been:

  • Stitched or used

  • Washed or damaged after delivery

  • Modified in any way

  • Returned after the 15-day return period

  • Returned without prior approval

Sale or discounted items may be subject to specific return conditions.

Exchanges

If you receive an incorrect or defective product, please contact us immediately. Exchanges are subject to product availability and approval by Khattak Fabrics.

Refunds
